Our post is located just east of West Jefferson, Ohio on the south side of Broad Street (U.S. Route 40) look for the Sherman Tank on the hill.  We meet every 1st and 3rd Thursday at 7:30 p.m.  (Weather permitting)

The mother, wife, daughter, sister, granddaughter, grandmother or male spouse of a female veteran member of The American Legion (living or deceased) is eligible to join the American Legion Auxiliary. A woman who is eligible for membership in The American Legion is also able to join the Auxiliary.  Home (legion-aux.org)

All male descendants, adopted sons, and stepsons of members of The American Legion, and such male descendants of veterans who died in service during World War I, and December 7, 1941, to date, as set forth in Article IV, Section 1, of the National Constitution of The American Legion, or who died subsequent to their honorable discharge from such service, shall be eligible for membership in the Sons of The American Legion.  About the Sons | The American Legion

The fish fry is every 1st and 3rd Friday, 4 to 7 p.m. May thru October.

Almost all funeral homes have contact information for the military branch of the veteran and for the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.  The funeral homes are trained and have experience making the necessary arrangements.
